MEET THEM
In the world of wine, winemakers normally get all the attention. However, making wines that are true to our region could never happen without a strong team. We’re privileged to find ourselves surrounded by eager and talented people who appreciate our land, vineyards and wines. Every day we learn from each other and are grateful for this shared knowledge.
Phaedrus Estate
We've been making delicious wines in Moorooduc for over 20 years. Taste our range and stay awhile to enjoy a cheese platter. Extended opening hours over summer. Call ahead weekdays. Cheers, Ewan and Maitena.
Merricks General Wine Store
Cellar Door to Elgee Park & Baillieu vineyard. Our family owned vineyards are located in Merricks North and produce 100% estate grown wines and are the properties of Baillieu (Bails) & Sarah Myer & family.
Crittenden Estate
Family owned and operated since 1982, Crittenden is known for its exemplary quality cool climate wines that have consistently received awards and accolades worldwide.
On the Mornington Peninsula, we grow cool-climate varieties including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, producing wines that express the full range of styles from these classic grapes.
'Let me tell you a story I've never told before.'
SAM COVERDALE
There’s good surf just down the road from Polperro in Red Hill and that’s why Sam Coverdale ‘may’ be late for a meeting or two.
After all, you’ve got to go with the flow. Ever checking his phone to monitor weather patterns for vineyard disease pressure, and of course the swell, this Mornington Peninsula winemaker understands the importance of letting nature dictate the essence and quality of product.
The ebb and flow of the seasons defines each of his single vineyard wines and he’s happy to follow those tides towards complete sensory seduction from barrel to board and back again.
PINOT COAST
Perched on the cool, southeast maritime corner of Australia are the ideal ripening conditions for the delicate, seductive Pinot Noir grape.
